Shipping: Shipping and handling charges are F.O.B. origin and will be prepaid and added. 

Delivery Time: Stock items generally arrive 7 - 10 business days.  Custom items generally arrive 6 - 8 weeks.  Weekends and holidays are excluded.  Out of stock products are not reflected in your on-line order.

Payment: Credit cards honored: American Express, Discover, Master Card, VISA and VISA / Master Card Debit cards.  Order will be held if transactions are declined.  C.O.D. (collect on delivery) additional collection fee will apply.  Open account terms are Net 10 Days with established accounts.  Returned checks (NSF) will incur an additional fee.

Return Policy: Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival.  Credits due to shortages or damages must be reported within 72 hours from receipt.  Returns should not be made without prior authorization from C. Specialties, Inc.  If the reason for the return is a fault of C. Specialties, a defect or an error, we will replace, credit or refund accordingly, without any expense to the customer.  If the reason for the return lies with the customer, C.Specialties will do everything possible to minimize customer's expense.  However, C. Specialties does reserve the right to assess reasonable charges for handling and restocking.  Prepaid return transportation expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.  Satisfaction is guaranteed.
